Harbor Steps Apartments
A complex of luxury apartments located near Seattle’s famous Pike Place Market, Harbor Steps helped fuel the downtown residential boom. With four towers of housing, amenities and mixed-use retail shops flanking the popular Harbor Steps Park, this redevelopment project redefined the First Avenue corridor.
A unique selling point of HS is providing upscale, urban housing for the area’s major businesses like Amazon, Microsoft, and Starbucks, which in turn helps them recruit and retain the best international talent. We crafted a sharp marketing brochure that profiles the benefits of the Employer Resource Program, integrating existing branding while targeting key decision makers such as HR executives and management. The modular design resonates with the step element and communicates clearly. Our designs again won NAHB Marketing & Merchandising Excellence Awards. 2
