In an homage to former longtime tenant and neighborhood staple Red Apple Market, the brand identity references the past while bridging the future, leading the revitalization of the area. The logo and related print and interactive designs echo the apple and hive concepts in multiple facets, from background patterns to map of the surrounding locale. The Braeburn’s design and marketing was a critical success, with record-breaking sales, a warm community reception, and industry accolades such as the National Association of Home Builders’ Gold and Silver awards. 2
