5th and Madison

Green innovations mark this sleek condominium tower located south of the Rem Koolhaas designed Seattle Central Library, in the heart of the city’s financial district and blocks from its retail core. Noted as one of the top 10 green buildings in the U.S. with Gold Standard LEED certification, 5th and Madison was the first residential housing to join the neighborhood.

This project involved branding the multi-use housing high-rise as well as designing the showroom and developing collateral, signage, marketing materials, and website. The imagery evokes tranquility and refined tastes, appealing to urban sophisticates who want to be on the cutting-edge of all the best the city has to offer, from architecture and design to culture and industry. 2
